To empower individuals and families facing workforce, transportation, housing, and life barriers by providing access to education, workforce development, entrepreneurship training, transportation pathways, and community support services that create long-term economic independence.

"I built the organization I needed but never had — because no one should have to navigate these barriers alone."
P.A.T.H. Initiative was born from a place of deep personal understanding. Our founder experienced firsthand the systemic barriers that prevent individuals and families from achieving economic independence — the lack of transportation, the absence of workforce training, the instability of housing, and the weight of a system that too often overlooks those who need it most.
Rather than accept those barriers as permanent, she channeled that experience into action. With a background in community development, social entrepreneurship, and workforce advocacy, she built P.A.T.H. Initiative to be the bridge she wished had existed — connecting people not just to jobs, but to stability, dignity, and long-term opportunity.
Today, P.A.T.H. Initiative serves individuals across multiple program tracks, with a growing network of employer partners, community organizations, and dedicated volunteers committed to the same vision: a community where everyone has a path forward.
